By participating in the Gano Excel Canada customer service text messaging program (the "Program"), you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions. The Program lets you exchange text messages with our customer service team for help with your account, orders, and questions.

- Enabling the SMS opt-in in your account profile at myganoexcel.ca ("Allow customer service to contact me by text about my orders").
Text conversations are initiated by you or based on your express consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Comment s’inscrire en ligne : Log in to your personal account at myganoexcel.ca, open "My Profile" from the menu, check "Allow customer service to contact me by text about my orders," enter your mobile number, and press Save Preferences.
2. Types de messages et fréquence
Messages are conversational customer-care messages related to your inquiries, account, and orders. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
3. Coût
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier's plan. Gano Excel does not charge you for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.
4. Comment vous désabonner
You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will no longer send you text messages unless you opt back in. You may also opt out by emailing support@ganoexcel.ca.
5. Aide
For help, reply HELP to any message, call us at (626) 338-8081, or email support@ganoexcel.ca.
6. Fournisseurs de services
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
7. Confidentialité
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in and consent data is never shared with any third parties.

8. Admissibilité
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number to participate in the Program.
9. Modifications aux présentes conditions
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Your continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
